For example, as a seller, you can count on me to communicate with you on a pre-determined schedule, keeping you informed about market activity as well as telling you who has showed your home and what they had to say about it. As a buyer, I will provide you with a Buyer’s Guide that will be a reference for you throughout the entire process. No guess work! You’ll know how everything works before we even begin. My closing coordinator, Bryan Stanton, follows a system to help you get from the contract stage to the closing table. He is a valuable resource that will make your experience go as smoothly as possible. Value added service is at the core of every system in my business.
