          It’s really very simple! My clients can enter their search criteria on my user friendly website, heatherstanton.com, and our system will find every house listed that fits that criteria. About 90% of buyers are already doing their own searches on the internet anyway, before they ever contact an agent. Why not get paid a percentage of the commission yourself? So, you find the houses, using virtually the exact same systems that agents use to find houses for buyers. We represent you through the whole transaction, including gaining access for you to view the homes of your choice, handling the contract and all the other complicated paper work, negotiating the contract on your behalf, and coordinating the closing as well. Just How Much Would Your Rebate Be?
 
          Well, as much as 50% of what our commission would typically be! The “typical” real estate commission that the seller pays is 6%-7%. That commission is usually split between the agent working for the seller, and the agent working for the buyer. So, if you’re a HeatherStanton.com client, you could get as much as 1/2 of our selling commission as a rebate. For instance: If the sales price is $200,000, as a Heather Stanton client, you could receive a check for as much as $3,000 after closing.
            So, you would find the houses on our user friendly website, heatherstanton.com, you’d go check out the neighborhoods and the area. You would then choose the 3 houses that you’d like to see. We show you those 3 houses. If you buy one of those 3, you get ½ of our commission after closing. If we need to look at more houses, the rebate gradually decreases from there. But, remember, you get to choose the houses you view! And, no matter how many you have to look at, you WILL get a rebate after closing!
