Novare developed Eclipse in a joint venture with Wood Partners, the second development of the partnership that created Metropolis. Comprising 358 one- and two-bedroom units and located in the heart of Atlanta's Buckhead neighborhood, Eclipse was completed in January 2005 and sold out less than a year later. It includes over 15,000 square feet of retail/ restaurant space.
